The food was AMAZING, service was good and the view was worth every penny. Staff was polite and were more than helpful. The room there was decent and the bed was comfortable. Rooftop bar and lovely pool. Relatively quiet location to montego bay marine park.

Prime location, hearty breakfast, attentive service and the staff was customer-facing. I loved very specious room and its luxurious bathroom. The bed was good, so I had a really amazing stay. 0.5 km from the airport. Actually everything was amazing, my next choice again in Montego Bay.

The staff was nice and the food was exceptional. Loved the Irish bar. Marvellous view of square. Friendly check-in and flawless customer service. A short walk to the clean beach.

Nothing beats being in Secrets St. James. Climate control, a personal safe and a mini bar fridge were available in our queen room.

Staff was friendly and food was great. Had nice dainties at hard rock cafe, located really close to the hotel. Junior suite had everything you could need. Besides, we had free Wi Fi.
